Integration Joint Board

Our vision for how we work together as a partnership was the result of consultation with stakeholders prior to the establishment of the Integration Joint Board and the Health and Social Care Partnership, on 2nd April 2015. This vision has continued to sustain our activity:

Working together with all of our communities to improve and sustain wellbeing, care and promote equity
