CHAT walks encourage movement for mental health

08.05.2024

As we near Mental Health Awareness Week (Monday 13 – Sunday 19 May) we’re highlighting the amazing mental benefits of moving more regularly.

As the weather improves and the days become brighter, why not lace up your walking shoes and get some fresh air and movement at one of our Community Health Activity Team’s (CHAT) regular organised walks?

You’ll also meet new people and get a friendly chat along the way!

These walks are free and open to everyone, taking place in Kilmarnock, Cumnock and Newmilns.
