Planning and Performance Team takes on the Kiltwalk
Well done to our Planning and Performance Team, who completed the Glasgow Kiltwalk ‘Big Stroll’ route on Saturday 26 April.
The eight strong team took on the gruelling 14-mile route from Clydebank to Balloch to raise funds for East Ayrshire Women’s Aid.

Danielle Rae, Planning and Performance Service Manager, said the event was a fantastic experience for all involved:
“We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, despite a bit of cloud and drizzle at the start! It was a great opportunity to take in some beautiful scenery and have fun together as a team, as well as raising funds for East Ayrshire Women’s Aid.
We have so far raised over £2,400, which is absolutely terrific. This will go towards supporting the charity and helping them continue to support women and families in East Ayrshire.”
Well done to all team members on this amazing achievement.
A special thanks goes to Ling Liao for taking on the role of ‘Big Stroll’ walk pacer and for keeping everyone motivated and organised on the day!

Scotland’s largest mass participation walking event, the Kiltwalk has raised over £49.6m for 3,750 charities since its inaugural event in 2016.
