Stopping smoking

We all know smoking comes with serious health risks. However, there are many reasons why people smoke.

Nicotine, an addictive substance in cigarettes, triggers the release of dopamine from the brain, which makes us feel good. There’s also a big social element to smoking (nobody wants to be left out of the smokers’ area chat).

The thing is, with smoking, once you’re hooked it can be hard to stop.

The health benefits of quitting are vast, not just for your health, but for your social life and bank balance too.

You’ll sleep better, feel better… you could even look better!

Take a look through the links below to see how you could start your journey to binning the cigarettes for good.
