Sleep and tiredness
We all know we could probably do with more sleep.
On top of increased energy and concentration levels, getting those eight uninterrupted hours each night is good for our health and keeps those under-eye bags at bay.
There are so many distractions though, and it’s easy to let our ‘sleep hygiene’ habits slide (plus, binging through all those Netflix documentaries can be so hard to resist).
However, consistently missing out on sleep can do more than make us feel rubbish. It has a huge impact on our mental health and can leave us feeling really down.
